Pricing questions

How does the free tag work?

After you subscribe and create a pet profile, you claim the tag from that profile: choose a shape and color, enter up to four lines of text, and we engrave and ship it to the address on the profile. One tag per registered pet.

What if I need more pets than my plan allows?

Upgrade from your account at any time. If you manage more than ten animals, contact us about an Enterprise plan.

Is billing monthly or yearly?

Plans are billed once a year. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of your current term.

Can I get a refund?

New subscribers can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy for the details.
